In a broad sense, the True Information Processor is the processor that collects, stores and controls the real information (signal). Its full name is True Information Processor, abbreviated as TIP. TIP can be used to reproduce the true information of all virtualized information and make the virtual world of information technology return to the true world.
In a narrow sense, the True Information Processor refers to the information processor that used to process biological real signalshat is, the biological tip. It is mainly used for the connection and interaction of real information with living things, the interaction with living things, the optimization of the main body self program(self spirit), the transfer of the main body self program (self spirit), and the upload of consciousness.
The R & D project described in this paper is the narrow sense TIP, especially the biological TIP.the Biological TIP is the True Information Processor which can directly read the real information with potential below 100mV.True Information Processor is similar to the electronic computer in structure,It is much more sensitive than electronic computer,It was formerly called high sensitive computer (HSC). I. Background
Information originally is true and pure natural, but in the era of civilization, information has been artificially divided and many information has been coded, which makes information differentiate into a kind of artificial distorted information. Distorted information is the code symbol of information. The most representative distorted information since the civilization era is words.Words concentrate a lot of spiritual and cultural significance, far away from the authenticity of information. The higher the level of civilization, the stronger the distortion of information.
Information in the information age is virtual and distorted,In the information age, all information in information technology is virtual and distorted information. Distorted information is widely used in computer, artificial intelligence, communication and other fields, and further divided into analog information and digital information. The information in this field has obvious significance of hard regulations, and has basically lost the authenticity of the referred information. In addition, virtual distorted information can be used for simulation research in biology, medicine and other fields related to life, but it can not achieve the real sense of connection and interaction with life bodies, and it is not possible to upload consciousness or carry out the so-called strong artificial intelligence development, which has the opposite negative effect on human beings' attempt to pursue the ultimate goal of immortality.
Based on these realities, we first put forward the concept of "True Information Processor" and the corresponding development plan, in order to first apply it to the life world and finally realize the THSP project. Through the True Information Processor, the new civilization will make the "world" virtualized by information technology return to the true information, and thus realize the real interaction with life. It can be seen that although the new civilization is based on "virtual information", it is necessary to eventually surpass "virtual information" and make the information world return to its original reality. Only in this way can the ultimate cause of mankind and its THSP project be completed.
First of all, the research and development of tip is based on the background of new civilization. The lack of modern science in the theoretical research of life spirit and the huge bottleneck of corresponding technology research and development is another incentive. New civilization refers to the civilization form created by human beings with "virtual information" as the main thinking medium since the birth of computer and Internet. The connotation of new civilization mainly includes two aspects: new civilization culture and human ultimate cause. The ultimate cause of human beings refers to the core content and ultimate cultural achievement of new civilization, that is, the core culture of new civilization, which mainly includes the development of human extreme technology projects such as THSP project, the development of human ultimate cause ideas and the humanistic spirit of new civilization. THSP project is a kind of technology project which transfers the main body program information of self defined in human body in a certain way to realize the replacement of human self spirit into a new carrier. Among them, TIP plays a very important role in the THSP project, which is the most important material basis and core technology of the THSP project.

The real signal is the energy noumenon of information. Information and energy are one and two sides, information is the external manifestation of energy, and energy is the essence of information. The attribute of information is determined by the energy noumenon. What kind of energy sub (light sub) transmits what kind of information. ⅰ. R & D maturity
THSP engineering has been operating for more than ten years. TIP, as a very cutting-edge key technology research and development link of the project, has entered a mature period. This is not only reflected in the gradual improvement of the theoretical system of the new civilization we have constructed, but also in the increasingly mature framework and planning of technology research and development, the growing human driving force based on the new civilization movement, and the great guiding role of the New Civilization International Cooperation Organization（NCICO）.
ⅱ. Theoretical feasibility
The ultimate goal of TIP is to realize the upload of human consciousness, which is the first idea we put forward in the world. We call this THSP project. However, consciousness upload can not be achieved by the modern scientific system and its cognitive way, information technology, artificial intelligence and quantum technology can not realize consciousness upload either, because they are still the products of the backward cognitive system of modern science. The upload of consciousness needs a more advanced cognitive system which is fundamentally beyond the modern scientific system, this is the new civilization cognitive system and its new civilization theory.
The new civilization advocates the third cognitive revolution, and constructs a complete and unified theory covering the general theory of cognition, natural science, religion, life science, humanities and social sciences to adapt to the information age, mainly including the unified information theory, the theory of new civilization, the theory of human ultimate cause, and publishes a large number of related works and academic papers.TIP is based on the new theory of unified information theory as the main theoretical support of the new civilization, but the existing scientific theory and information theory are difficult to interpret. The bottleneck of tip research only lies in whether the relevant R & D personnel can make substantive breakthroughs in traditional science and traditional information theory, which is also the biggest difficulty of TIP R & D projects. Once this problem is solved, other aspects can be basically solved.
ⅲ. Feasibility of technology research and development
The key factors in the research and development of tip technology are the adaptability of high temperature superconductor and the development of brain disk, but these are basically some promising research projects, and there are many corresponding technologies in the front of scientific research (see Annex I). In addition, the structure design of tip CPU is basically the same as that of electronic computer, so it is not difficult, even easier than the development of biological computer, photon computer and quantum computer.
IV. TIP design concept
From the perspective of traditional information theory, TIP is a computer that directly connects with life, but it is essentially different from the design concepts of electronic computer, artificial intelligence, biological computer, photon computer and quantum computer.
ⅰ. the theoretical basis of TIP is the main body program theory
The design concept of tip is totally different from the traditional modern science. It is a new theoretical system about the spirit of life established by the unified information theory based on the transcendence of the modern scientific theoretical system, namely the main body program theory. According to the theory of the main body program, the essence of the spirit of life body is the main body program, which is the most important real signal of life. It is based on the main body program that the life body presents the life characteristics. When the life body loses the main body program or the main body program is destroyed structurally, it is death.
ⅱ. TIP program is the main body program with high complexity
The real signal of TIP is completely consistent with the main body program of life, which is different from the main body program of electronic computer program. The real information characteristics of life are mainly reflected in high sensitivity, low pressure (below 0.1V), energy ontology. Therefore, TIP equipment can only work below 0.1V, which requires high-temperature superconducting equipment. After the successful development of TIP, because the input and output information of TIP is true, when the information uploaded to TIP and other carriers or returned to the life itself, it can make the life body not have the sense of distortion, that is, there is no sense of dissimilarity.
ⅳ. TIP working potential is below 100mV
The life body mainly works through biological energy, and the working potential is relatively low, which requires that the working voltage of tip is the same as that of the life body, about 100mV or less. The electronic computer works mainly through the transistor logic gate circuit (such as TTL, ECL circuit), unipolar MOS logic gate circuit (such as NMOS, PMOS) and other logic gate circuits, and their working power supply is in the range of 3-18v.
ⅴ. TIP need superconductors and other materials
The material of TIP is relatively complex. In order to ensure the authenticity of the signal, the resistance and working voltage of the input equipment material are very low, which requires the use of materials like cell potential sensor, microelectrode or high temperature superconductor.
ⅵ. development of TIP brain disc
Brain disk is the first non life carrier with subjectivity in the universe. It can store a huge amount of life subject programs and is the second home of life. Brain disk is a key link in the development of TIP. It needs to be completed through N times of adaptability improvement of electronic component chip, biochip and other materials under the guidance of the main body program theory.
V. development summary of TIP
TIP is quite different from electronic computer in terms of structure, principle, material and equipment, mainly including the following four points: ① TIP material equipment must be able to obtain the potential information of life body below 100mV; ② memory must be able to read the main body program; ③ an information amplification should be installed between output equipment, CPU and storage; ④the terminal controller that can control the main body program and command system of the life body.
Therefore, TIP consists of signal collector, input device, brain disk, controller, arithmetic unit, information amplifier, display and terminal controller. Among them, signal collector, brain disk, controller and terminal controller are the four major core components of TIP.
ⅰ. Key points of development
TIP has three key development points, each of which is a big project. Therefore, it requires three high-quality R & D teams.
1. Develop operation equipment matched with it. The device needs to recognize the information of voltage below 100mV sensitively, which needs to equip the controller, arithmetic unit, memory, input equipment, output equipment and other equipment with low resistance materials. The device can be developed through the production of analog cell potential sensor, or it can be developed with high temperature super conducting materials.
2. Develop a signal system with potential less than 100mV. In the case of complete materials, through continuous comparison experiments with cell potential, to imitate the signal system of electronic computer for development, to determine a standard output high level and low level as well as input high level and low level.
3. The development is mainly used to store the brain disk of the main body program. Brain disk is mainly used to store main program and other kinds of information. It is a convenient and huge memory. Cell subjectivity is mainly based on two aspects of randomness and high storage capacity. As long as the chip memory develops sufficiently in these two aspects, it can become a brain disk that can store cell main body program. Brain disk is mainly developed by electronic component chip or biochip.
ⅱ. Experimental equipment requirements
The development of the True Information Processor requires a relatively high configuration laboratory. The specific conditions are as follows:
1. Input equipment and output equipment. ① signal collector（Axon Digidata 1440A Data Acquisition System）and signal amplifier（Axon Multiclamp 700B Microelectrode Amplifier） of meeting the experimental requirements; ② enough capillary electrode (or microelectrode); ③ corresponding biological experimental equipment; ④ high power microscope for observing cell structure; ⑤ cell sensor.
2. CPU and brain disk development room. ① enough materials of electronic components with low resistance are used to develop transistors with working voltage below 200mV (similar to thiophene thin film transistors); ② CPU and brain disk with working voltage below 200mV are assembled by imitating the electronic computer.
3. Advanced equipment and technical equipment. THSP Research Institute has found and accumulated the following cutting-edge technologies that can be used in tip research and development: Claremont ultra-low voltage processor; human brain simulation chip; high temperature superconductor equipment and materials; five dimensional data storage equipment.
The laboratory needs to introduce the above technologies and equipment (see Annex I).
Ⅵ. TIP operation mode
Basic operation mode of TIP:Through the superconducting data line, the TIP and the life body are connected directly, so as to realize the mutual connection between the life main body program (spirit) and TIP. Its application process is generally divided into two steps.
First of all, the main body program experiment will be carried out after the successful development of TIP. The main body program experiment is a kind of technology experiment, which can understand the life and the spirit of the main body program, and open the cell and other life information database through computer technology, so as to realize the copying, cutting and transferring of the life main body program information. The main purpose of the main body program experiment is to open the information base of the living body, to verify the essence and existence mode of the main body program reflecting the spirit of life, so as to fundamentally reveal the secret of spirit, and thus reveal the fundamental motivation of biological evolution. The main body program experiment can be verified by the cell main body program and the neural stem main body program experiment (see material 2).
Second, control the life command system. After a large number of the main body program experiments, TIP can control the application of the life main body program. TIP can be directly connected with the living body，this is the first time in human history that cold computers are directly connected with and interact with vivid life bodies (in the past, the computer only indirectly obtains the analog signal of the life), which means that human beings use technology to directly connect matter and spirit for the first time, and then discovers the main body program that constitutes the spirit of the life, so as to thoroughly reveal the mystery of the spirit.This will bring unprecedented revolutionary influence on humanity, philosophy, science and religion.
ⅱ. The development of TIP will have a great impact on the research of biology, medicine and psychology and lead to a research turn. Through the seamless connection between TIP and the living body, it can realize the control of the instruction system of the living body, and then fully realize the health optimization of the main body program of the life body. It can also carry out the antivirus by combining the virus of the living body and other diseases with the computer virus,to achieve the safest radical cure without any medical treatment, then mankind will realize the desire to eradicate all diseases including cancer.
ⅲ. There are two ways for TIP to help human beings realize the dream of eternal life.

Ⅷ. Ncico seeks partners from the world
As an international cooperation organization with international legal status, the new civilization international cooperation organization(NCICO) needs one or several partners who can reasonably cooperate to comprehensively promote TIP R & D project, THSP project, human ultimate cause and new civilization. In this regard, we put forward the following four cooperation requirements, and the partners can regard our cooperation requirements as the basic cooperation principles.

The ultimate purpose of new civilization and its human extreme technology is to benefit mankind. Only in this way can we ensure the smooth development of this extreme technology.

TIP R & D will take an unprecedented technical approach. Its concept goes beyond all of our existing scientific systems and cognitive approaches,any high-tech and black technology cannot be compared. In the process of R & D, we need to constantly improve the methods, equipment and materials. Therefore, we can't put forward a detailed plan like the existing technical solutions, or if we are here, In this case, it is irresponsible to put forward a detailed plan, which requires that the partners can provide sufficient relaxed environment and full trust.
ⅲ. R & D is performed independently by NCICO
The research and development of TIP is mainly completed by NCICO and its staff. The partners only need to provide funds, equipment and site.
ⅳ. Enough budget
Under the condition that human resources and equipment and material resources are fully prepared, TIP is expected to complete the research in three years. According to this estimated time, we can roughly calculate that the total cost required is about 3-8 million US dollars, or more additional investment may be required (the cost calculation will be explained separately).
